  2. Click "Register" (top right)
  3. Enter your name, email, and a password
  4. Check your email for confirmation and click the link to verify

2 Submit Your Testimony

  1. Log in at capitol.hawaii.gov
  2. Click a bill link above to go directly to the bill page
  3. Click the orange "Submit Testimony" button on the bill page
  4. Confirm the hearing — double-check the bill title and hearing details
  5. Fill out the form — some fields may auto-fill from your account
  6. Choose your position: Support, Oppose, or Comments Only
  7. Add your testimony — paste into the text box or upload a file
  8. Click Submit — your testimony becomes part of the public record

Tip: Some hearings allow you to testify via Zoom. Look for "Request to testify remotely" when submitting.
